Noisette Pastry Works Ltd. (“Noisette”) was founded in 1997 by Brian and Hannah Cushing. The aim was and still is to provide fresh, innovative and well presented cakes, desserts and pastries.
Noisette is privileged to provide its products to many of the finest food purveyors in the Greater Toronto Area including event planners and caterers, fine food stores, golf and country clubs and upscale coffee shops. Noisette also makes its extensive product line available to the public at the premier retail store in Thornhill.
||Brian and Hannah met while studying their respective trades at George Brown College, fell in love and tied the knot.

Hannah’s seventeen years of experience and creativity in the pastry business shapes the selection of products offered by Noisette today. Above all, is Hannah’s dedication to providing beautiful visual appeal without sacrificing great taste.
